This past Friday, Ella had her one month checkup. Everything went well. She is up to 9lbs 10oz which is up 1lb 5 oz. She also grew an 1 1/2 and is up to 21 1/2 inches.
The next doctor’s appointment won’t be much fun because she is getting four pokes with the next round of shots.
Other than sleeping patterns, Ella is doing great and is alot of fun to be around. With the odd ball sleep hours, it makes our life a bit more difficult as we are always tired.

April was at it again. She made Ean a Peter Pan hat after we bought him a sword from the Disney Store.
He played all day long with his hat and sword.
I keep telling April that I thought we had a princess that would be very formal and proper. Guess not!
It is amazing how much a little person can make such a large impact in one’s life.
Ella and the family is doing well. She is starting to spend a little more time awake throughout the day. The bad thing that it is from Midnight to 4 am that she is awake.
I did want to wish everyone a happy valentines day!
On Thursday afternoon, we took Ella to her first photo shoot. Ean was awesome in the pictures! He did exactly what was asked of him and stayed still when asked.
The pictures all came out great!

After an hour long stretch of grumpiness and general unhappiness, it was decided to let Ella look at the backdoor. Lo and behold, the warm sun covered her and she immediately settled down and fell into a comfortable sleep. Then Mommy and Daddy could finally get some rest as well.
Here is Big Brother, Ean, super exicited about helping out with his sister.
He absolutely loves his baby. Of course, it is his baby and not his baby sister.
Sorry for the lack of news postings. We are trying to adapt to having a newborn in the house again. Ella has her days and nights reversed for the most part.
Ella’s one week check up went well – She was back to her birth weight at 8lbs 5oz (up 1 oz from birth) and everything else appears to be progressing normally.
We took Ean and Ella to get their pictures taken yesterday and it went better than expected. We are expecting them to come in on Feb 12th and we will get them passed out. I also have the disk of the photo shoot that I will be publishing in the near future as well as some more 30secs to 1 minutes movie clips that I will get up sometime this weekend.
