Test post

Just doing a test to see if I can get rid of verizon spam
note: the lines below is what verizon wireless is spamming my posts with if I don’t edit them. I guess I’ll have to find another way to post easy.

Aquarium Restaurant

The family came with me to a Nashville business trip. We are eating dinner at the aquarium restaurant that has 200,000 gallons of salt water. There are sharks, eels, sting rays, and lots of fish. Think Ean is in heaven?

Ean’s spring update

From Ean

Ean got his first pets. Two Anole Lizards are now living in the house and Ean is the daddy. He helps us feed them crickets, keep a cricket house with crickets in it, as well as turning the lights off and on. He told us that he wanted a pet for several weeks so this is the first test of pets.

April and I have decided that if he can work with these little guys, maybe we will get him a gecko, snake, or something larger in the future. It’s been a couple of weeks and still loves checking in on his pets.

Ean is doing great and he is glad that it is getting warmer so he can go outside and play more with sidewalk chalk, his swingset, ride his tricycle and just dig up worms.

Ella’s Spring Update

From Ella

I just updated Ella’s photo album with some pictures from her first trip to the zoo. It was one of the warmer days today, but not all of the animals were out yet. We figured we would take them back in a couple of weeks once we have a consistent warmer temperature.

Ella is doing well and growing every day. She is now totally out of the 0-3 months clothes and is in 3-6 months now. She is also sleeping longer, but still goes to bed late.

Barack Obama Town Hall Meeting

I went to a town hall meeting in Marion Indiana where Barack Obama spoke for an hour and half. It was well worth standing in 40 degree weather in a pair of shorts. Better pictures to come

Gas Prices make me shudder

Here is a picture of me filling up the jeep. I can't believe how high gas prices are. Thanks President Bush!

Sleeping on the road

We are out and about running errands and we stoped to get a bite to eat. Both Ean and Ella fell asleep when we were out. I had to put her blanket over the car seat handle to block the light shining down on her face. You can also see Ella's latest best friend, lammy.

Ella in her playmat

Here is a short video of Ella playing in on her activity mat.

She is doing things differently than Ean. He never played with toys as an infant or ever reached for things. Ella is grabbing everything and trying to play with it.

Updated to 4 McIntosh Apples

It was finally about time, we’ve had Ella for 9 weeks now and I still haven’t gotten around to updating the blog to 4mcintoshapples.com. I had some time yesterday morning (Saturday) so I made the switch.

Give me a call or email if you have any issues with the new domain. I may have missed something.

Boys Love Worms

Well looks like Ean would rather kiss a worm than a girl!
