As Ean wrapped up the end of his first soccer season, the Upwards leagues is pretty very good about recognizing all of the kids and putting an awards ceremony for them. This year, Hope Ministry church welcomed all of the coaches and kids and had a magic show that all of the kids really enjoyed.
Here is the video of Ean and the Lil’ Crunch coming out on stage:
The last game of the season. It was a cold and foggy morning and Ean didn’t seem to excited to play.
Ella was the same way and we could barely keep her happy. Ean didn’t get any score although they tried and he may have had an assist or two, but he was more interested in watching everyone play.
Ella is growing up. She has been showing more and more initiative to play with her toys and starting to color in her coloring books. Not too much longer and she will be bringing her first boyfriend home.
Here are some recent pictures of her getting into everything and her coloring.
About 2/3rds into the season and it seems like Ean ran out of gas.
Not really sure, it could be the piss poor turnout and play from the other players that force him to run all game, or just the lack of interest on Ean’s part. Just seems like his heart wasn’t into any more.

April and I went with Ean for his field trip with his preschool class. We got a chance to meet Ean’s best friend Kline and his “girlfriend” Miss Jorie (the student helper).
We went to Drennan’s Pumpkin Farm on the south end of Wells County, and we had a chance to go through the Corn mazes, pet and feed some farm animals including turkeys, chickens, goats, sheep, and a midget pony. We also took a hay ride and got to pick our own pumpkins.
The kids were well behaved as could be expected from 4 year olds.
